A Little Bit About Israel
By: Ben Shapiro
My country that I decided to research is Israel. Israel is in the middle east and Asia. I learned all about Israel. From its economy to its military to its Daily life. My overall analysis of Israel is that nothing can match its unique culture. One of the many things I learned was Binyamin Netanyahu. Binyamin Netanyahu is in charge of the government in Israel. He was elected for a 7 year term in a similar process as the United States of America. The legislative branch or the knesset as it is called in Israel votes for the next leader. The knesset has 120 members whom are voted in by the people for a four year term. In recent events Binyamin Netanyahu objected to the U.S. Iran nuclear program. He will likely be in charge of the government until 2021. I intend to present all this information tomorrow. I also will talk about famous tourist sites and daily life for a child in Israel. Life in Israel is very different. It is more intense for a child; with their school six days a week and then into some other activity for the rest of the day. Also they truly do enjoy their weekend. They often go to a beach and then out to dinner or a movie. Some weekends I am mostly resting, not Israeli children. Overall Israel's culture is unlike anything else in the world.

I thought your blog was very interesting. I feel that you provided enough information about Israel that it made me keep wanting to read it. I really liked the part where you explained what the Kenneset was. You did a great job!
ReplyDeleteI think you did a great job describing Israel through your blog an presentation. I enjoyed hearing the differences between the education systems here and in Israel and I think your heritage makes you appreciate the country for what it is. Well done!
ReplyDeleteYour blog was really good. You had a lot of information and everything was explained very well. GOOD JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteYo said that Israel is famous for its tourist sites like tel av iv and the dead sea. My country also has some famous tourist spots like the Kremlin in Moscow. Overall, great job answering questions and finding good information.
ReplyDeleteYou did a really good job. You had a lot of great information and a lot of details. You did great
ReplyDeleteI really liked the presentation and your blog. I really liked to learn about the dead sea, my brother went to Israel and he never really told me much about the dead sea other than things float. China has nothing like the dead sea, but they have other attractions like the Great Wall of China. Keep up the good work!
ReplyDeleteGood job on your blog. I really liked reading it and I learned something new. From reading I'm very interested in the daily life and how they have to go to school six days a week.
ReplyDeleteI liked listening to you presentation today. I thought that the dead sea is 900% saltier than other bodies of water. I noticed some differences between Peru and Israel, such as how the president of peru only serves 5 year terms, and Israel's Prime minister and president serve 7 year terms.
ReplyDeleteYou did a really great job on your presentation and on your blog! That's interesting that the students in Israel go to school for 6 days a week! I can't imagine doing that! It sounds like children there are very busy! You had great information! Good work!
ReplyDeleteBoth your Pinterest and blog are great, I learned so much from both of them. In Brazil their most famous tourist spot is Christ the Redeemer, I was so surprised when you said that you can just float in the Dead Sea.

ReplyDeleteI loved hearing about Israel! I liked how you described the important parts about Israel. Israel is my favorite country. The Netherlands is very different. Israel has a pretty complex government. And my country's is pretty simple. My country also has a prime minister. But unlike your country my country has a queen.
ReplyDeleteYou did a good job presenting. I feel bad for the kids in Israel because they have to go to school for an extra day on Sunday! I also think that you did a good job stating your opinion in this blog! Good job
ReplyDeleteYou did a great job! I think you were able to express your opinion and facts very well, I think it is helpful that kids go to school on Sunday because they learn more. It was and amazing blog to read! Great Job!
